Terms of Service
Last updated: April 29, 2026
Agreement
By accessing or using AI for Contractors (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The service
We provide software that connects language models, workflows, and integrations (including optional OAuth connections such as Google Workspace) to help contractors operate their businesses. Features may change; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Accounts & acceptable use
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for content you submit. You agree not to misuse the Services (including probing, scraping beyond permitted APIs, distributing malware, infringing others’ rights, or violating applicable law). We may suspend access for violations.
Third-party services & OAuth
The Services may interoperate with third parties (e.g. Google, identity providers, AI model hosts). Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and policies. When you connect Google, you authorize us to access only the data and scopes you approve on Google's consent screen, as described in our Privacy Policy.
AI output
Outputs from AI features may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing materials before relying on them for legal, safety-critical, or financial decisions.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR, IF GREATER, ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS).
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
