Privacy Policy

Introduction

AI for Contractors (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides an AI workflow platform for contractor operations. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our website, application, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Information we collect

  • Account data. Such as name, email address, and authentication identifiers provided through our identity provider (e.g. Clerk).
  • Workspace content. Prompts, attachments, project metadata, library materials, and agent outputs you submit while using the Services.
  • Third-party integrations you authorize. When you connect integrations (including Google Workspace products via OAuth), we receive tokens and data strictly as needed to perform the features you request—for example calendar events, email metadata, files, or spreadsheets—according to the scopes approved during consent.
  • Technical data. Such as device/browser type, IP address, and diagnostics used to operate and secure the Services.

Google user data

If you connect Google (Calendar, Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs, Meet, or related OAuth scopes offered in our product), we access Google user data only:

  • after you grant consent through Google's OAuth screen;
  • to provide or improve user-facing features you explicitly enable (for example scheduling context, document retrieval, or drafting support);
  • in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements—we do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising personalization unrelated to the Services, or train generalized AI models on your Google content except as permitted by that policy and applicable law.

How we use information

We use the information above to operate the Services (including AI agents and integrations), authenticate users, maintain workspaces, troubleshoot issues, comply with law, and communicate about your account. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share data with subprocessors that help us run the product (e.g. hosting, authentication, AI inference providers) under contractual safeguards. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Retention

We retain information as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion subject to applicable limits.

Your choices & rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us using the details below. You can revoke Google access from your Google Account security settings at any time.

Contact

For privacy questions or requests, contact us through the support channels listed on our website. Replace this paragraph with your legal entity name and mailing or email address before publication if required by regulators.
